BEFORE YOUR VISIT
Your journey to better health starts with your first call. When you speak with one of our chiropractic care specialists, we'll send you the necessary forms via email or text. Completing these in advance helps us understand your health history and needs before your visit. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!
PATIENT HISTORY
CONSULT CALL
At Hope Chiropractic, we prioritize your comfort and care from the moment we first speak with you.
Your consult call will begin with Dr.C reviewing your Intake form with you, and addressing any other specific questions or concerns that you may have to better understand your unique needs and goals.
At the completion of this history review call with Dr.C we will send you an additional email with information regarding our neuro-based Insight Scans, and the parameters in which we base our care. ​
YOUR FIRST VISIT
Your visit begins with a warm welcome and a quick tour of our office. One of our Chiropractic Assistants, will guide you through InSight Scans to assess your nervous system.
Dr. C will then review your InSight Scans, and she’ll explain the benefits of neurologically-based chiropractic care and what your results mean for your overall health.

We’ll discuss our personalized care recommendations, including the expected timeline to help you reach your goals. This is also a great time to ask any questions or share any concerns. Once everything is covered, you’ll receive your first adjustment.
