Meet The Team
We are a chiropractic office that is dedicated to providing connection for families, pregnant mothers, and children to fellowship, share resources, and form a community. We want you to feel empowered in your pregnancies, in your breastfeeding journeys, and in your role as new parents. We want kids to be healthy, happy, and connected to themselves and the world around them. We want you to feel supported, inspired, and loved.
Dr. Erin Callahan, founder of Hope Chiropractic and devolper of the Birth Plan in Hampton Roads, is a leading prenatal, pediatric, and family chiropractor in the Hampton Roads area. A Virginia Beach native, military veteran, and military spouse, she brings both personal and professional dedication to serving families in every stage of life.

​She earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University in Georgia, is Webster certified, and a proud member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). With additional training in Epic Pediatrics, she is equipped to care for both neurotypical and neurodiverse children.
Outside the office, she enjoys beach days, camping, and family adventures with her husband and three children.
